HPC is an investor and the General Partner of HPC Real Estate Fund,
LP. Through its partners, Abbott Brothers Development and Real Estate
Advisory Group, Inc. our fund invests in industrial condominium
development projects in Southern California and Nevada. Our projects
to date include Discovery Gateway Spectrum in Valencia California
and Pacific Technology Spectrum in Roseville, California.

Additionally, HPC provides strategic, financial and operational
consulting services to private firms throughout the United States.
