Debbie Rogers

Ms. Rogers is responsible for all administrative and accounting
functions at HPC. She has over twenty years of strong business
administration experience with both private and public companies.
She established and ran the business operation, finance,
accounting, human resources, and recruiting department of seven
seperate businesses. Her background includes extensive
experience in customer-and investor-facing positions, both
domestically and internationally.
