Jim
Ebanks
Jim
Ebanks has been a real estate licensee in
California since
1985. he joined Cushman & Wakefield's
Woodland Hills offices
in 1989 as a specialist in the Industrial/Technology
Group.
Prior to joining C&W, he specialized
in the sales of
investment properties for a brokerage firm
based in West
Los Angeles.
As a specialist in industrial and technology
properties, he has
been involved in brokering leases and sales
of warehouses,
distribution facilities, Research &
Development, and
manufacturing/assembly facilities. His primary
geographic area
of specialization is the Greater San Fernando
Valley, which
today includes Valencia to the north and
Ventura County to the
west. In particular, his concentration has
been focused since
the late 1980's on industrial properties
in markets along the
"I-5 Corridor", which includes
markets such as Burbank &
Glendale in the southwest section of the
Valley through Sylmar
up to and including the rapidly emerging
markets of Valencia
and Santa Clarita. He has brokered some
of the largest leases
and sales in Valencia over many years. His
client list includes
SYSCO Corporation, the Los Angeles Times,
Spelling
Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, California
Federal Bank
and MetLife.
In 1995, Jim left C&W to join Jim Abbott
in working at Realty
Advisory Group, Inc., which has more recently
come to be
known as Binswanger/Realty Advisory Group.
This organization
provides a platform whereby we are able
to effectively
represent Fortune 1000 clients with regional
facility needs as
well as locally based users of industrial
properties. Because of
his in-depth experience in mature "I-5
Corridor" market, he has
expertise in re-zoning sites for industrial
use. He also has
expert knowledge of tax incentive programs
available through
the state sponsored Enterprise Zone relative
to certain market
within the Northeast San Fernando Valley.
